Staggered Entry Information Mainstream & COGITO Grade 1 to 4

Dear Parents:

To kick off the school year, we're doing a staggered entry format: half the class attends one day, and the other half the next day.   
                              Students in Grade 1 to 4 who's last name begins with: 

                                     A-M come August 29th 8:30 am to 3:15 pm                                           

                                      N-Z come August 30th 8:30 am to 3:15 pm

Please send your child's school supplies with them on their staggered entry day. You can find the class supply lists here, or on the Madonna Catholic School website under Students. Please note: students going into Mainstream grade 4 require their own device for both in-school and online learning, as explained in a letter on the School Supply page. COGITO students do not require devices for learning in-school or online.

If you require busing for your child, please log into your Parent Portal >SchoolEngage >select your student and fill out/submit the B.1) 2024-2025 Transportation Request Form. Here is a copy of the EICS Parent Technology Handbook which you will find helpful when navigating the Parent Portal.

Here is a copy of the EICS Sherwood Park Calendar 2024-2025 for your records and mark your calendars! Your child's first day back is Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024. You will receive an email with your child's teacher and a drop off/pickup map before your child's first day of school.
